- Stop drinking excessive beer. Normally I’d Drink 50 beers in 8 days. I drank 4. 3 on day 2 and one last night on day 8 as a reward which I’m shocked to say tasted…..bland.
- Walk 47.5 kms over 7 walks
- Stop drinking coffee
- Start intermittent 16:8 fasting
- Cut the red meat
- Start drinking minimum 2 litres water per day
I weigh…..drum roll…….
That’s a 2.7kg loss in one week.
I would have seriously been thrilled with 1kg and this gives me the confirmation I’m doing the right things and the confidence and motivation to keep going.
