In an effort to shed some kilos before I go home in August I’ve started a new diet and exercise regime. Three weeks now.
No beer ( none ! )
No dairy
No carbs
No sugar
No coffee
No oil
Stacks of oats and honey and egg white scrambled for breakfast.
Stacks of salmon, steak and chicken for lunch and dinner
Three litres plus of water a day
Stacks of green tea
I’m hitting the treadmill every day for three kms/30 mins and doing free weights. Also some pool laps.
Thus far…haven’t lost a single kilo but I certainly feel tighter in the stomach so that’s all I really care about. Overall I feel and sleep much better.
No beer! You need to shoot yourself.
Proves I’m not an alcoholic ! 🙂
