Yesterday was a great day. Apart from the fact it was a holiday…..I concreted my shed floor. Step one on the way to creating a man cave ~ an absolute rarity in Phnom Penh. I contracted the cement yard workers from over the back fence and three hours and $100 later …I had a floor.
Ps: all labor used was over the age of seven.

I think Cambodia ratified Convention No. 138 on the Minimum Age for Admission to Employment, 1973, which stipulates that only children over 16 can engage in hazardous work. Whoopsie, Justin!
