KARMA; On-leash training by Grace.

Grace just loves to help me with Karma’s training. Yesterday she took over with the on-leash walk training and I think she did a pretty good job. She is an excellent listener and shows absolutely no fear with Karma and Karma, to her credit, is also super patient with her pint-sized trainer. As I said toLeakhana while we watched ” I can’t wait to get Grace her own German Shepherd when she is 10 ! ”

How cute! Grace will be training dogs with you in no time!

I noticed something: One time, when Karma was sitting on Grace’s right side and Grace walked forward, Karma crossed behind her and walked on the Grace’s without being told.

That is good training. Good job!

    • I think you will find Karma crossed from Grace’s RHS to LHS so from good to bad ?? but I didn’t correct cos I just wanted Grace to have a good time. It is a lot of fun training her with Grace and good family time . I then took Karma out into the busy streets of Phnom Penh on lead with my climbing pouch full of treats. Man…..you should see this dog walking on lead now. Its insane. I can drop the lead to complete slack ( still holding it just in case though ) and she walks perfectly at my side and nos stops naturally at all kerbs and waits the “walk on” command. Other dogs ( of which there are many ! ) are fazing her less and less as I use the treat to distract / focus her on me and i can down stay her and wlak in a huge circle around her while suddenly skipping back or lunging at her and she holds it. Great dog.

Automatically walking on the left side is good! Sorry for the confusion; I have a laptop with a haunted touchpad that wiped out a couple of words.
